The Civic Center, located about three blocks north of downtown TorC, is a multi-purpose venue. Plenty of room is available for events including the annual quilt show. A stage for theater productions and concerts is available in the Ralph Edwards Auditorium. Floor and tiered seating can accommodate hundreds.

Plenty of grassy lawn under big shade trees is available in front.

Food Service:

There’s a kitchen on-site, but event planners are asked to cater food in and use the kitchen within limits. A picnic license (contact the City Clerk’s Office for info) is required for groups that want to serve alcohol as part of an event.

Meeting Room Details:

The 7098 square ft auditorium seats 150-925. The stage seats 60. The Red Room seats 30 classroom, 60 theater. The Green Room seats 25 classroom, 50 theater.
